Youth Strength Training Class

This class is designed to teach children the fundamentals of how to lift weights, and move their body. In this class, the instructor will teach your son or daughter how to use a barbell, and introduction to sprinting, jumping and sport specific training.
This class is ideal for hockey players, and field specific athletes: such as football and rugby. However, your son or daughter does not have to play a sport to participate and gain benefits. Classes take place Monday and Thursday at 4pm.
